Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As an Alarm & Security Systems Technician, you’ll manage installations, repairs and maintenance for alarm systems, following strict industry standards for reliability and safety.
You will troubleshoot issues on-site, ensuring every component—such as sensors and keypads—functions at peak performance for clients’ peace of mind.
Networking is also key; you will set up IP-based devices, connect systems to mobile monitoring platforms, and check transmission quality with control rooms.
Before leaving a site, you’ll thoroughly test systems to guarantee they work perfectly. Demonstrating usage to clients with clear communication is an important element of your day.
