Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As an Apprenticeship Coordinator, you’ll oversee the entire cycle of apprenticeship programmes. This includes recruiting, selecting, and placing apprentices into suitable companies.
You’ll act as a liaison between apprentices, employers, and training providers. Regular guidance, progress monitoring, and troubleshooting are core aspects of the role.
Documentation is continuous—managing training plans, progress reports, and evaluation forms. Organising orientations and workshops is also a significant part of your workload.
Building new and maintaining existing employer relationships is essential. Promoting the programme and ensuring apprentices and companies are compliant is required.
